Most themes will have this under the “appearance” tab (when you’re in tumblr.com/customize-classic/yourURLhere 

You just click the upload button next to sidebar image. But, if you don’t have a theme like this, you will be unable to do that, so if you really want a sidebar image, you should change themes. If you message me off anon, I’ll answer privately about the theme that you do have. :)

A lot- she’s my favourite other tribute in the 74th Hunger Games (except Katniss and Peeta). She’s just a badass but innocent character, I love it. And I love Jackie Emerson! Her portrayal of Foxface was amazing. She’s awesome.
